These terms cover your use of Elutha — the app and this website. Elutha is operated by LiLo Development. By using Elutha, you agree to them.

What Elutha is

Elutha helps an adult keep chosen sites off their own phone: an adult-content category and sites they name themselves. It works on your own, or with a person you invite (“your anchor”) who approves unlock requests and is told if protection comes off.

Elutha is a tool for a commitment you make to yourself. It isn't a parental-control or monitoring product, and it must not be used to watch or control another person.

Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may only install and configure Elutha on a phone that you use yourself.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.

How the friction works

These rules are enforced by our servers, the same way for everyone:

• Adding a site or turning the adult-content category on takes effect straight away.
• Removing a site, turning the category off, or unlocking needs an unlock request — except during initial setup and for a few minutes after adding a site, so typos can be fixed.
• With an active anchor, your anchor answers the request. There is no timer that approves it for them.
• On your own, a request waits 24 hours after you type a confirmation sentence, then opens for the length you chose. You can cancel it any time.
• Only one request can be open at a time.

If you are someone's anchor

• You don't need an account or an app. Your page lives at a private link — please don't share it.
• You aren't responsible for the other person's choices, and saying “not right now” is always a fair answer.
• You can step down at any time. The other person is told, and Elutha keeps working for them on their own.

What Elutha can't promise

Blocking relies on what your phone's operating system allows. A determined person can switch protection off in the phone's settings, a category list can miss a site, and a service can occasionally be unavailable. Elutha is designed to make changes deliberate and visible — not impossible. It is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Elutha is not a medical or therapeutic service. If you're struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Elutha to monitor, pressure or control someone else.
• Don't try to access other people's data or interfere with the service.
• Don't use an anchor's email address without their knowledge.

Ending things

You can delete your account in the app once nothing is blocked any more. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. See the privacy page for what deletion removes.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Dutch law applies, without taking away protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
